Worked out better than I thought it would! I...
- stayed within my target calorie range of 1200-1500 (1345)
- did my strength training
- walked 6,347 steps ( fell short on that one)
- and had three meals and two snacks and, of course, two cocktails for only $3.99!!
I did splurge on a Starbucks Grande Mocha Frapuccino Light, and realized, at the end of the day, that my COFFEE cost more than ALL THE FOOD I ate!!!
Life is short! Pray hard!
